Lift parts out of the reel tape one by one, flat and the right way up.
Angled needles reach between tall parts and connectors, where tweezer tips don't fit.
The 10 mm cup holds parts up to 140 g level while you line up the pads.
Six needles and three cups come in the box. Start with the cups and move to the needles as you practice.

0603 with the bare needles, and 0402 once you get the feel for it. For 0805 and 0603, the 3 mm cup is the easiest place to start.
