Boost your assembly capabilities with our professional assembly tool!
Designed for exceptional precision, our tool makes holding SMD components hassle-free.
Diaphragm Suction Technology: The Picograb V1 employs advanced suction technology that ensures precise and secure holding of the smallest components.
Aluminum Body: Constructed from a durable aluminum body, the V1 is not only strong and lightweight, but also offers excellent durability to withstand constant use in demanding work environments.
Interchangeable Tips: With interchangeable tips, the V1 offers exceptional versatility to accommodate a wide range of SMD components. These interchangeable tips allow users to fine-tune the tool to their specific assembly needs, giving them the flexibility to tackle a variety of electronic assemblies with ease.
The Right Tip for Each Part: Use the 10 mm cup for ICs and modules, the 5 mm cup for SOIC and 1206 parts, and the 3 mm cup for 0805 and 0603 chips. The bare needles go smaller: 0603, and down to 0402 once you get the feel for it. Touch the part flat, press the button, lift straight up. Start with the cups and move to the needles as you practice.
Press to Pick, Let Go to Place: Lifts up to 140 g with the 10 mm cup. With a cup, the seal holds the part for 1 to 3 seconds after you release the button, so you can place it without motor vibration. It isn't a desoldering tool and doesn't remove solder.
Rechargeable Battery, Up to 10 Hours: The lithium battery gives up to 10 hours of continuous use. Charge it through the USB-C port with the included USB-A to USB-C cable, from a PC, a wall adapter or a power bank. It doesn't charge from USB-C PD chargers or laptop USB-C ports.
Ergonomic Design for Comfort: Designed with user comfort in mind, the V1 features an ergonomic design that ensures a comfortable and secure grip during use. This not only helps reduce fatigue during extended work sessions, but also improves user accuracy and efficiency, resulting in faster and more accurate assembly of electronic components.
LED Status Indicators: Equipped with LED status indicators, our tool provides instant visibility of the battery level and operating status. These indicators allow users to easily view the battery status, avoiding unnecessary interruptions during assembly.
In the Box: Picograb V1, 3 straight and 3 angled needles (18G, 20G and 22G), 3 silicone cups (3, 5 and 10 mm) and a USB-A to USB-C cable.

“THE required tool for placing and moving SMD resistors and caps.”
“I bought this on a whim, but it has become the goto tool for picking up and placing the nano-sized SMD 1/8 watt resistors. It is vastly better than the various tweezers that I have been using. It holds well and releases instantly.”

★★★★★
“Does exactly what it's supposed to do, with minimal fuss”
“It's easy to pick up tiny 0402 parts and place them where I need them. Noise is minimal, and switching tips is easy. … For PICKING UP SMALL PARTS, which is WHAT THIS TOOL IS FOR, it's an excellent and economical choice. Recommended.”

★★★★★
“Grab one of these, not the non-electric ones.”
“This is an absolute must have if you work with small electronic components. Works much better than those cheaper alternatives which require you to manually pump them. If you can, get one of these instead.”

“This tool has way more power than I had expected.”
“I was really impressed with the suction strength of this device, especially, in comparison to its size. … This device can be used for both placing and removing chips.”

★★★★★
“Sure Beats using tweezers”
“I do a lot of laptop repairs and modifications to portable gaming systems. This little tool is my new Goto tool instead of reaching for the tweezers. So much easier with placement and stability of what you're grabbing.”

★★★★★
“Works great once you get the hang of it”
“This is for picking up and placing small smd components. I have a habit of launching small capacitors and resistors across the room while trying to hold them between my tweezers. … I'm absolutely loving it so far and it has been a life saver during my last two projects.”

★★★★★
“Good product for a price”
“Primarily be using this for hot air rework, like picking up larger parts safely. Currently I've been using tweezers but it can be hard to lift up cleanly which could lead to one side cooling and ripped pads. Glad I found this.”

“Works well”
“This system excels at managing chips of varying sizes, offering a significant improvement over tweezers for chip manipulation. Its enhanced stability, slim profile, and user-friendly design make it a worthwhile investment for professionals working with computers or other electronics.”

“Great that it is rechargeable.”
“Works well for picking small flat parts”

★★★★★
“Works surprisingly well”
“I was skeptical at first because the suction didn't appear to be strong enough, but when I tested it on various surface mount components from 805 to 1206 and some heavy smt transistors with partial heatsinks, the little vacuum tool actually picked them all up without any issue. … Making it rechargeable pretty much clenched it for me. … Worthy of recommendation.”

“Works very well”
“The pickup pen works very well. There is sufficient suction to pick up any SMT device that has a flat surface. It comes with six attachments that have various shaft thicknesses and shaft angles.”
